Because Thursday the first of May was a holiday in the Netherlands I decided to go back to Limburg a day earlier. It turned out that on that Thursday there were two plays in Parkstad Limburg Theater Heerlen, De Goede Dood and Ciske de Rat. So I decided to join Danny, Green Rene, Roy and Bart. Inside the theatre we saw Huup Stapel. He was a 'bit' dissapointed that we did not went to the play, but still was very friendly and signed for everybody. Since I already had a stack of items signed by him, this time I went for some DVD's; he signed the DVD's of Amsterdamned, De Dominee and De Lift. Then we went outside to the stage door. It was very crowded and after a while Danny de Munck came outside. He had a stack of photos with him and signed them for everybody, but offcourse I also had some other items that I wanted him for. Besides the photo he signed a photo of Ciske de Rat and the DVD of All Stars for me. He also posed for a photo. When we decided to leave we saw Mariska van Kolck (famous for her role in the movie Pipo en de P-P-P-Parelridder). She signed my DVD of De Gulle Minnaar. After getting her autograph we left.

My brother tried to get tickets for Najib Amhali in Amsterdam, but unfortunately he failed. A few months later he saw that there were some extra tickets available for the show of Najib Amhali in Maastricht and when he asked me if I wanted to go I said yes. So on Sunday the fourth of May I went to Theater aan 't Vrijthof in Maastricht. The show was fantastic and afterwards we decided to wait for Najib. When he arrived he was very friendly and talked with everybody for a while. He liked it that I had my DVD box with me and offcourse I wanted his autograph on it. He also signed a posed photo which was taken at the See You in Vegas premiere. He also posed for a new photo.

In the weekend of 17 and 18 May I went to Dutch Star Con 4 in Berkel en Enschot.
I worked all weekend as a volunteer.

I also managed to get a couple of autographs. William Forsythe signed my photo of Once Upon a Time in America and a photo of The Devil's Rejects. Ari Lehman gave me a sampler of his new CD and signed a machete for me. When the photo of the two of us, fighting with machetes, was printed, he also signed that one for me. Mike Edmonds signed a photo of Time Bandits for me. I found out at the convention that Dave Holland was the stunt double of Huup Stapel. I made some screenshots for him for the following day and when some of them were printed, he gave me one as a thank you.

On the 28th of May the DVD of Moordwijven would be released and in Fame, there was a release party. I went to Fame together with fellow collector Michel. After arriving in a Hummer, the "moordwijven" signed my poster and the DVD.
